Through the past month I have received four emails with the subjects: Lebanese Girls, I Love Lebanon, Fathe7a Website, and The Secret Lives of Arabs Exposed. Every email of such nature pisses me off so much so I ignore and delete.
Basically, such emails will show you pictures or videos stolen from private accounts of social networking websites for normal people, stolen from cell phones, stolen from cameras, stolen from computers etc.
There are specialized people who steal those photos or videos and then start spreading them to everyone around just for the fun of it forgetting that pictures and videos that are private should always stay private. They even created major websites with high capacity servers so people can upload all "scandals" found so everyone can access it worldwide.
People have different lifestyles and different mentalities. a girl might love to photograph herself in her undies or naked or however, a couple might like to film themselves privately when performing sexual activity, a family in their swimming suits go swimming and wouldn't like the whole world to see them in their swim suits. Well, most of what's mentioned is being exposed through demented people who like exposing other people's private life even if it can be life threatening. They simply don't care about the consequences.
How Your Private Data Get in Such Hands
- Performing maintenance for your device (computer, camera, memory card, cellphone) at an untrusted place
- Losing your device
- Your device gets stolen
- Handing your memory card to anyone
- People accessing your user profile or the device without keeping an eye on them
- Hacking (phone bluetooth, computer network, emails, etc.)
- Giving your personal passwords to anyone

- Always use a password to your username and make your profile private

- Always save your data (pictures, videos, files, contacts) on the memory card and not the phone memory
- Whenever you want to perform maintenance to your cell phone, ALWAYS remove your memory card from the phone and keep it in a safe place
- Never sell your memory card to anyone under any circumstance

- Never perform maintenance on the camera at any place without you taking out the memory card and keeping it in a safe place

- Don't upload your private data to any website ever unless you intentionally want to be exposed
- Don't send emails that has private pictures and videos attachments
- Don't accept invitations from unknown people because they might be professional hackers who will take your private information from the internet or your own computer to expose it later
